Job summary

RBC Dominion Securities' South Surrey branch is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver concierge level service for a high performing Advisory Team. You will enhance the client experience from onboarding to year-round contact, and coordinate meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and at least two years in client service. You will help manage communications, maintain client files, and support Wealth Management processes

Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • World-class client service delivered in a professional, warm way.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years of client service experience.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with clients and prospects.
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and partners.
  • Maintain existing client accounts; identify opportunities to contact clients and manage timelines.
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation compliant with controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
  • Update team communication channels (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters).
  • Support Wealth Management process and audit Wealth Management activities and priorities.

What is the opportunity?

The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in South Surrey is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver concierge level service for a high performing Advisory Team.

What will you do?
  • Enhance the client experience from onboarding to year-round contact so that it is consistently smooth and on-track with the team’s client service plan.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.
  • Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients: manage timelines and key dates for accounts
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
  • Help update team’s communication channels: websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.
  • Support Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of client service experience

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable incentive payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals; market conditions; and business needs.

The expected base salary range for this position is $38,000 - $47,000.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 0.5x base salary.
