As a Client Services Associate, you will play an integral role in providing luxury service and assessing client needs. This role is ideal for an innovator with personal style, polished appearance, refined taste, and a discerning eye for luxury.

Your Responsibilities

1. Live our vision, values, and beliefs daily
2. Greet and assist RH clients with questions or concerns
3. Connect clients with the right associates based on their needs
4. Communicate with clients in the gallery, over the phone, and via email
5. Provide high-level client service support to resolve concerns
6. Become knowledgeable about RH products and offerings
7. Create a luxury service experience in every interaction
8. Exhibit a broad understanding of the organization

Our Requirements

1. Customer service experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting (preferred)
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities
3. Strong organizational and time management skills
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Attention to quality and detail at all levels
6. People and relationship-driven approach
7. Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to lift and move small to medium items up to 30 lbs with proper equipment
2. Ability to navigate the gallery floor, stock room, and office effectively
3. Prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
