People Corporation is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, MB, Toronto, ON or Kingston, ON. You will manage a portfolio of clients, investigate complex issues and handle client escalations while delivering exceptional service and support.
You will develop relationships with clients and insurers, coordinate enrollments and data entry, support Account Managers, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the ongoing administration of group client activities.

The successful candidate will be reliable, have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, show initiative, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, consistently pay attention to detail, and display sound work ethics. The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
