Job summary

People Corporation is seeking a Client Service Administrator to support Group Insurance clients with enrolments, changes, and plan updates. You will assist Plan Administrators and Members, manage portal updates, and handle written communications.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team.
  • File enrolments and member change requests.
  • Manage the general email inbox and route requests appropriately.
  • Support portal approvals process for standard transactions.
  • Prepare written communications and letters to Plan Members and Sponsors.
  • Support the month end billing cycle.
  • Perform accurate data entry and ad hoc administrative duties.

Job description

We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Administrator to actively contribute to the success of People Corporation by providing an exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Plan Administrators and Plan Members with the completion of member enrolments, changes, and plan updates as required. As a technically savvy individual, you will provide administrative support to the Client Service Specialists through the completion of Portal Updates, written communications, and other adhoc duties. Bilingual fluency in English and French is preferred and considered a strong asset.

The Client Service Administrator Will
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team.
  • File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate.
  • Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms.
  • Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions.
  • Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors.
  • Support the month end billing cycle.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, while supporting various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
To be successful as a Client Service Administrator with People Corporation, you will need:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (claims, group administration)
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in a client focused environment with commitment to service excellence.
  • Completion of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in both French and English is preferred and considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.

The base salary for this position is between $50,000 - $55,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
