Job summary

ATB Financial is hiring a Client Service Representative at the St Albert Trail North branch. You’ll be the welcoming face for clients, delivering essential banking services with a friendly, approachable manner and building meaningful relationships.

You'll assess financial needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect clients with the right resources. This unionized role requires Wednesday evening & Saturday shifts on a rotating basis and may involve travel to nearby branches.

Qualifications

• Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
• Adaptable to change, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Grade 12 graduate (post-secondary business courses an asset) and strong numerical aptitude.
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.

• Skillfully introduce and educate clients on our digital banking tools and platforms, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.

• Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining the security of branch assets.
• Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Additional Information

• This is a unionized role
• This role requires Wednesday evening & Saturday shifts on a rotating basis
• This role is based out of the St Albert Trail North branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches.
