Client Service Manager - Contract - Toronto Branch

Description:

This position is a 6-month contract at our Etobicoke branch. This leadership role will champion the growth of Paladin Security Group's security programs across all healthcare and non-healthcare contracts in Toronto, Ontario. You will develop and coordinate strategies to support operations and security programs, and enhance staff capacity to respond effectively to emergencies.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist in developing short-term and long-term goals aligned with Paladin's vision.
  2. Develop, implement, and evaluate security programs for contracts.
  3. Oversee resource scheduling to meet contractual obligations.
  4. Manage staff and client issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  5. Maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  6. Support HR in conducting interviews to ensure adequate staffing.
  7. Ensure site training and employee orientations are conducted at all sites.
  8. Regularly visit clients and staff to meet their needs.
  9. Monitor accounts receivable and assist accounting as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Class G Driver's License is required.
  • Experience with a Mobile Division is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to produce detailed reports and maintain records.
  • Knowledge of fire safety, building codes, security, and privacy legislation.
  • Strong organizational and social skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to present proposals to large organizations.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Education

High School Diploma/GED or higher education preferred. Valid G Driver License required.
