Client Service Manager - Contract - Toronto Branch (Operations)

Internal Posting Date: May 6th, 2025
Internal Closing Date: May 12th, 2025
External Closing Date: May 30th, 2025

*This position is a 6-month contract at our Etobicoke branch.*

This leadership role will oversee the development and growth of Paladin Security Group’s security programs across all healthcare and non-healthcare contracts in Toronto, Ontario. You will develop and coordinate implementation strategies to support operations and security programs, and enhance the capacity of Paladin staff to respond effectively to security and life safety emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing short-term and long-term goals aligning with Paladin's vision and policies.
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate security programs for Paladin’s contracts.
  • Manage resources to meet contractual obligations.
  • Address staff and client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Support HR in staffing through interviews and resource planning.
  • Ensure site training and employee orientation programs are in place at all sites.
  • Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure needs are met.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with accounting to keep records up to date.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Valid G Driver’s License is required.
  • Experience with a Mobile Division is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High professionalism and organizational skills.
  • Ability to write reports and maintain records.
  • Knowledge of fire safety, building codes, security, and privacy legislation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to present proposals to large organizations.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; College/University Education preferred; Valid G Driver’s License required.
