Job summary

iA Financial Group in Vancouver is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Client Service team and ensure a seamless experience for clients.

You will screen and distribute emails, manage mail and documents, and assist with client information updates, phone and email inquiries, and service queues during peak periods. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong organizational skills and collaboration in a hybrid environment.

  • Screen and distribute emails to the appropriate team members for action.
  • Sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and documents to various stakeholders.
  • Print correspondence generated through the document generation system and prepare client packages for mailing.
  • Research and update client information related to returned mail, address changes, and payment information within established guidelines.
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email to obtain required information and provide support.
  • Support Client Service Specialists by assisting with service queues during lunch periods, vacations, and peak business volumes.
  • Manage document imaging and administrative tasks that contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client service delivery.

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 000 and 54 000$, base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for a corporate bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, a retirement savings program, flexible time off, and wellness programs.
