The Client Service Administrator (CSA) plays a crucial role on the Client Services Team at Sterling Brokers. The team is responsible for client satisfaction and retention by providing high-quality support and account management. The CSA supports the Client Support Specialists by handling daily queries from plan members and administrators. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and online platforms, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The role reports to the Team Lead of Client Services and works alongside experienced team members.
This is a fully remote (part-time) position, and we seek candidates enthusiastic about remote work and relationship-building virtually.
