Position Summary

This role involves completing tasks to meet Key Success Indicators within the US Billing department, ensuring accurate and timely billing for residents, processing client remittances, and maintaining positive relationships with Property Managers and clients. Success depends on proactive communication, accurate reporting, and collaboration across departments to resolve inquiries.

Accountabilities:
  • Process client remittances within SLA standards, maintaining quality
  • Ensure resident bills are accurate and issued on schedule
  • Set up new accounts for billing and settlements, including fees and credits
  • Resolve exceptions and identify process improvements
  • Assist clients with reconciliations and billing inquiries
  • Maintain relationships with property owners, utility companies, and vendors
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Handle escalations and seek to improve NPS
  • Perform other departmental duties as assigned
  • Correct billing errors such as cancellations and re-bills
  • Complete move-in/move-out activities and ensure data accuracy
  • Process payments, adjustments, deposits, and exceptions promptly
  • Manage and update building rates
  • Provide custom reports upon request
  • Act as client advocate internally
  • Participate in special projects
  • Create and deliver accurate monthly invoices
  • Maintain detailed billing records
  • Resolve inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
