We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Mid Market Services team in Toronto. The Client Partner will develop new partnerships with key brands, ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising solutions.

Please note this role requires in-person work at our Toronto office 1-2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities

1. Prospect and collaborate with potential customers to deliver Reddit solutions that meet marketing and business goals.
2. Build new relationships, acquire clients (direct and agency-driven), and set them up for long-term success.
3. Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts and facilitate their closure.
4. Work with Account Managers to foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
5. Manage your book of business as the CEO, with strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and operational oversight.
6. Provide feedback on sales processes, narratives, and products to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. 4-7 years in digital media, with 1-3 years in sales.
2. Experience with sales tools for research, prospecting, and outreach at scale.
3. Strong desire to identify, prospect, and close new business.
4. Ability to manage more than 30 accounts.
5. Expertise in social media landscape and native advertising.
6. Positive attitude, team spirit.
7. Proven success in meeting sales targets.
8. Self-motivated, thrives in unstructured environments.
9. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
