Job summary

GREY is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the main liaison between the agency and the client, reporting into the Account Supervisor or VP, Account Director. The AE manages day-to-day client contact across live-action TV, content, digital, social, and OOH, ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will build relationships, respond to requests, participate in client presentations, and help ensure our work is bold, strategically sound, and Famously Effective.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related field.
• Resourceful with strong strategic and creative thinking.
• Desire to contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work community.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Keynote and PDF formats and ability to craft strong briefs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main day-to-day client contact and liaison.
• Develop relationships with clients across disciplines and teams.
• Respond promptly to client and internal requests and manage expectations.
• Be a subject matter expert on the client’s history, objectives, and trends.
• Lead internal checkpoints, including approvals and trafficking where needed.
• Populate and distribute status reports to stakeholders.
