The Ontario Commercial Lines Division seeks an Account/Client Manager to interact with clients daily, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.
• Provide professional and prompt customer service via phone, email, and walk-ins, addressing inquiries about coverage, billing, claims, audits, etc.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and referrals.
• Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and NFP staff.

What You Bring

• RIBO license required.
• Over 3 years of industry experience in broking or underwriting.
• Experience in placing multi-line coverage on Mid-Market to Complex accounts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Client-focused with strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and technology.
• Extensive insurance carrier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPIC fluency is an asset.
