About The Role

Our commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage partners help protect corporations and nonprofits across Canada from the little surprises and the big ones. Our leaders inspire their teams to create an environment driven by collaboration and exceptional client service.

The Ontario Commercial Lines Division seeks an Account/Client Manager to interact with clients daily and develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

What You’ll Do
  1. Assist in preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.
  2. Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and walk-ins, addressing inquiries on coverage, billing, claims, audits, etc.
  3. Identify revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
  4. Maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and staff.
What You Bring
  • RIBO license required
  • Bilingualism (French & English) considered an asset
  • Over 3 years of industry experience in broking or underwriting
  • Experience with multi-line coverage on Mid-Market to Complex accounts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Client-focused with strong relationship skills
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Extensive insurance carrier relationships
  • Proficiency in computer skills; EPIC experience is an asset
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
