Resume Target is a leading resume writing and career services company helping job seekers across every industry land better opportunities. We're looking for a Client Interview Coordinator to join our in-office team in Toronto and help clients tell their career stories with clarity and confidence.

This is a great entry-level role for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, loves learning about different careers, and has a sharp eye for writing and detail. No sales. No call targets. Just real conversations that help people move forward in their careers.

Location : Toronto, ON

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct phone or video interviews with clients to learn about their work history, goals, and strengths.
  • Use client resumes, job postings, and notes to prepare for each interview.
  • Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to uncover accomplishments, skills, and value.
  • Write detailed notes for our writing team to turn into strong, targeted resumes.
  • Review and proofread client documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Handle revision calls or emails to help clients refine their resumes and feel confident.
  • Deliver amazing client experiences that make people feel heard and supported.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree or diploma in Journalism, Communications, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of customer service, research, or client-facing experience.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — especially over the phone or video.
  • Strong writing and editing skills (grammar nerds welcome).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized — you’ll be juggling several clients a day.
  • Comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and industries.
  • In-depth training & mentorship to build professional interviewing, communication, and client management skills
