Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related administrative experience within the securities industry.
• CIRO Investment Representative license preferred; candidates working toward license welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Advisors in building client relationships and a sustainable wealth management business.
• Process and confirm client transactions, provide quotes, and execute trading orders as needed.
• Maintain account lists, databases, and records; compile statistics and reports.
