Job summary

CIBC in Markham is seeking a Financial Services Representative to serve clients at our Banking Centre. You will engage clients, understand their financial goals, and recommend suitable cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions.

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and to serve multiple centres within reasonable travel distance is required. On-site, full-time role with 37.5 hours per week and a focus on building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Mutual Funds License in good standing is expected.
• Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada is required or asset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business goals and provide tailored financial plans.
• Build relationships through outreach and networking to grow client base.
• Promote mobile banking and other digital tools to enhance client experience.
