Job summary

Momentum Financial Services Group in Pembroke, Ontario, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Money Mart branch at 353 Pembroke St East. You will lead day-to-day operations, coach a sales-focused team, and ensure compliant service and cash handling.

This hands-on leadership role requires building a high-performing team, driving sales, managing risk and regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer experiences across branch operations and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• One or more years of management or team leadership.
• Experience in sales, retail finance services, or non-prime financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality customer sales experience by supervising transactions and educating customers.
• Drive branch sales targets, review performance, cross-sell opportunities, and manage expenses.
• Promote, process, and explain loans, credit cards, and related financial services according to policy.
• Explain product features, fees, terms, and renewal options clearly to customers.
• Collect and verify required customer information to ensure compliant transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and records across required systems.
• Monitor past-due accounts and negotiate payment terms within guidelines.
• Ensure branch compliance with KYC/AML/privacy and audit requirements.
