Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our Personal and Business Banking team in Manotick. You will work on-site in a fast-paced banking centre, meeting clients, understanding goals, and tailoring financial solutions to help secure their financial future.

You’ll build relationships, conduct outreach, and leverage technology to enhance client experiences. Prior banking experience is a plus; a Mutual Funds License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently certified professional with Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada)
• 1 year of client-facing sales experience
• Asset if banking experience in a similar capacity

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand personal and business priorities and propose financial solutions.
• Build relationships, expand networks, and coordinate with team to connect clients with the right contacts.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking and digital tools to improve their banking experience.
