We're looking for a Client Finance Director to join our Toronto team and act as the commercial partner to our client leadership. You’ll bring financial clarity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of agency operations to help shape client profitability, drive growth, and elevate our commercial decision-making.

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to client leads across major global accounts
• Own revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and monthly client P&Ls
• Collaborate with project management and delivery teams to ensure scopes are accurate, profitable, and aligned with agency goals
• Manage client financial reporting, fee reconciliations, change orders, and SOW compliance
• Support annual planning and revenue targets in partnership with global finance
• Guide junior finance staff and help create scalable commercial processes
• Provide proactive insights that help account teams drive profitability without sacrificing creativity

What You Bring :

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in a marketing, media, or creative agency environment
• A proven track record of partnering with client teams to improve financial performance
• Strong command of revenue recognition, client billing, and agency pricing models
• Sharp analytical mindset with strong Excel skills (bonus if you’ve worked in NetSuite, Workbook, or similar tools)
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and support account leadership
• A passion for social media, cultural trends, and working in a creatively charged environment
