Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in land development projects.
• Direct experience with design and approval processes in Toronto.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies for land development projects.
• Civil engineering degree or diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review proposals and change orders.
• Guide projects from start to finish, including due diligence, design and construction.
• Provide technical direction and design review across multiple files.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, and stakeholders for approvals.
• Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists.
• Manage financial aspects and support business development.
