Job summary

Canada Life in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a permanent, full-time Client Experience Specialist (CES) who will be the first voice clients hear and the first person they see when visiting. The role supports advisors with client servicing and meeting coordination, and requires a Life & A&S license with MFDA licensing potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an Advisor/Client support role in a Financial Services/Insurance firm.
• Initiate and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch staff and carriers.
• Excellent client service skills with timely follow up.
• Adaptability to changes in product, process and technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via telephone, email, video conference and in person.
• Screen and direct calls and relay messages to appropriate members.
• Handle all client requests with the Advisor and/or the team within SLA’s.
• Coordinate client account/trade instructions for creation and completion.
• Processing insurance and investment new business and in-force service work from start to finish.
