Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is looking for an Intake Supervisor to actively support the Leadership Team in day-to-day Intake operations, driving productivity and customer satisfaction. You will engage prospective clients, monitor staff performance, and help optimize the effectiveness of the Intake Specialist team.

Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will handle scheduling, payroll preparation, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to Bayshore policies and processes.

Qualifications

• University/college education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate and caring.
• Strong computer and typing skills; includes Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task; talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Intake Team operations and meet productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Respond compassionately to callers and guide to Bayshore services and divisions; book assessments with local Home Health branches.
• Record client information accurately in the CRM and ensure up-to-date family information.
• Monitor queues and ensure appropriate coverage; assist with scheduling and payroll preparation.
• Provide coaching and participate in quality assessments of calls; escalate when necessary.
• Follow company policies, processes, and scripts to support team objectives.
