We are hiring a Client Event Specialist to join our Toronto Client Development & Marketing Team. This role involves working directly with partners, business development, and senior management to plan and execute client events, including seminars, webinars, and social gatherings, both in-person and virtual. Experience with webinar technology such as ON24, Zoom, and CRM systems is required.
Education & Experience: College diploma or university degree, with a minimum of 5 years experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Legal sector experience is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong event management skills, proficiency with ON24, Zoom, CMS, MS Office, excellent communication, organizational skills, and bilingual ability (English/French) considered an asset.
