Maria Pecorella's Desjardins Insurance Agency in Ottawa is seeking a motivated Client Engagement & Growth Specialist to connect with clients, identify gaps in coverage, and schedule reviews. You will build relationships, educate clients on insurance and financial solutions, and maintain precise records within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship growth, and business development with a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, relationship-building, or business development is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to obtain required insurance licensing (if not already licensed).
• Second-language proficiency is an asset.

Compensation

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
