Job summary

TD is offering an Internship/Co-op in Toronto for Fall/Term 1, with a 4-month term starting Sept 2026. You will support client engagement, analyze client experience data, and help implement strategic initiatives alongside a team of managers and analysts.

Ideal candidates Majoring in Business, Finance, CS, or related fields, with strong Excel, data querying, and PowerPoint skills, plus clear communication and problem-solving abilities. Standard hours are 37.5 per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, finance, CS, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, data querying, data processing, and visualization tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of long, medium, and short-term strategic priorities for client engagement and experience.
• Gather and interpret client experience data to identify industry practices.
• Consolidate client problem resolution data to address opportunities and irritants.
• Analyze internal KPIs, behaviors, channel preferences, and demographics to inform programs.
• Assist in executing client engagement programs with marketing and data analytics teams.
