Job title: Client Delivery Manager

Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid)

At VEERUM, delivery is about driving real impact for our clients. As aClient Delivery Manager, you’ll lead clients from post-sale through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption. You’ll translate client goals into action, ensure our platform delivers measurable value, and act as the connector between our clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renewal
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Create and execute project timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support to resolve challenges
• Run regular client check-ins, strategic reviews, and feedback sessions
• Identify opportunities for growth and deeper product engagement
• Maintain clear documentation, monitor progress, and continuously optimize delivery

What We Look For on a Resume

• 5+ years in client delivery, account management, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience managing multiple client projects at once
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain a SaaS product
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and project management frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or equivalent experience
