National Bank of Canada is seeking a Banking Advisor to help clients meet their transaction, investment, financing and insurance needs with a people-centric approach.

You will work with branch colleagues, develop knowledge through mutual fund licensing, and progress within the bank's internal mobility programs while delivering high-quality service to Personal and Small Business clients.

Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
• Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, obtain within three months with full refund after receipt.
• Advisory service experience and openness to diversity.

Responsibilities

• Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
• Give advice and offer solutions for personal and small business clients for transactions, investments, financing, insurance and estate planning.
• Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
• Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
