The Client Case Worker acts as an access point forresidents into the broader spectrum of housing, employment, substance abusetreatment, medical, and community mental health systems in Victoria andelsewhere. The Client Case Workerworks in consultation with the program manager to plan,develop, and implement client programming and activities. This role is expectedto provide the program manager with ongoing client case management updates, andto maintain accurate and complete client files and notes.
To succeed, you will have an excellent understanding of theissues faced by our client group. This includes experience working withindividuals from diverse backgrounds who face multiple barriers, such assubstance use, mental health concerns, low incomes, and negative impacts ofcolonialism and racism.

Hourly Wage Rate:$32.02 - $35.52.
Shift Time: 7:00 am to 5:45 pm.
Weekly Hours: 40.
Job Type:Full-Time, Temporary until the return of the incumbent.
