About Us

At BeWell Health Centres we’re reimagining how care is delivered in Ontario - comprehensive, committed, and connected.

At BeWell Health Centres we’re reimagining how care is delivered in Ontario - comprehensive, committed, and connected. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our interdisciplinary team includes psychotherapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists working collaboratively to provide evidence-informed, deeply human care. Here, you’ll find the resources and support to do your best work - and the freedom to shape your clinical practice in a way that feels authentic to you. We’re growing - thoughtfully - and looking for clinicians who bring expertise, curiosity, and genuine care to their work.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, personable, and sales-driven Client & Sales Specialist to join our growing mental health clinic. This is a sales-focused client care role responsible for converting inbound inquiries into booked appointments and new clients. You will be the first point of contact for many individuals and families reaching out to our clinic and will play a critical role in helping prospective clients understand our services, overcome barriers to booking, and take the next step toward care. The successful candidate will be comfortable with providing information around mental health services, following up with leads, handling objections, and converting leads into clients – all while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and professional approach. This role also includes calendar management, intake coordination, customer service, and general administrative responsibilities to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and clinicians. This is an in-person role at our Mississauga or Hamilton clinic with some travel required in the GTA.
