Overview

Personal Insurance Associate – Renewal Team at HUB International. This role provides outstanding client service, reviews existing coverage, identifies gaps, and delivers tailored insurance solutions across habitational, travel, and automobile products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review coverage, identify potential gaps, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring policies are up‑to‑date and accurately reflect circumstances.
• Generate and identify cross‑sell opportunities by reviewing portfolios and recommending additional products or services.
• Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction targets through diligent follow‑up and personalized attention to renewal details.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about Personal Lines products to provide expert advice.
• Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid role that allows a combination of in‑branch and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑year Personal Insurance experience.
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required.
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced team environment.
• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives.
• Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) considered an asset.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000. Compensation and benefits may include: extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, eligibility for bonuses, and commissions for certain positions.
