What it’s like to be a Client Bill Assistant
Our successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the billing and collection of premiums from insureds. Tasks include sorting cheques, posting slips, and posting journal entries for service charges, among other duties.

If you excel at:
Providing accurate and timely administrative support in billing and premium collection from insureds.
Processing policy reinstatements and cancellations efficiently.
Developing and maintaining knowledge of broker operations, industry trends, and regulatory changes to enhance customer service.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
If you have:
Post-secondary education in a financial discipline or related field, or equivalent experience.
Previous administrative or customer service experience; Property and Casualty Insurance experience is an asset.
Basic knowledge of insurance accounting, including premiums, claims, statutory overdues, collections, reinsurance, and loss accounting is an asset.
