Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) is seeking a Client Associate to work with Investment Advisors at CIBC Wood Gundy to help manage portfolios and develop new business. You will engage with high-net-worth clients, uncover opportunities, and proactively enhance the client experience.

On-site, full-time position from Monday to Friday. The role emphasizes client-centric service, proactive advisory support, and building lasting client relationships within the local Calgary community.

Qualifications

• Current accreditation and in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO-ID.
• Asset if licensed as Registered Representative (RR).
• Financial Services/Brokerage industry experience.

Anticipate client needs and communicate promptly with your team to build trust and deepen client relationships. Identify activities, processes, and opportunities to improve the client experience.Business Development – Proactively identify business opportunities for your team. Work closely with Investment Advisors to support business development activities and assist in the building of investment plans based on the client’s profile, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.Relationship Building - Heighten CIBC brand awareness in your community by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities. You have current accreditation and are in good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization - Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID). It is an asset if you are Registered Representative (RR) licensed.Financial Services and/or Brokerage industry experience and working knowledge of various quotation equipment is required.You put our clients first .
