About The Role

We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team in Ontario. We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while managing a variety of administrative tasks. More specifically, Client Assistant will play an essential role in servicing, guiding and resolving our clients’ billing issues.

What You’ll Do

You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Preparation of invoices and billing material; assisting with requests for payment
  • Preparation of pre-renewal client information packages
  • Reporting of claims where required


What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education – Insurance diploma is an asset
  • Some customer service and/or admin experience is an asset – preferably in an insurance environment
  • Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment
  • Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
  • Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • RIBO License is an asset
