Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian jewelry brand, is hiring a Client Ambassador for our Oshawa store in Ontario. You will provide exceptional client service, meet monthly sales targets, and promote brand initiatives while supporting community engagement.

We offer starting wages at $19.20/hour, sales incentives, access to our Employee & Family Assistance Program, and employee jewelry discounts. This is a full-time opportunity at our Oshawa location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Hillberg & Berk culture and create an environment that exceeds client expectations with the highest level of client service.
• Meet monthly sales targets while promoting brand initiatives to customers.
• Assist with merchandising and ensure visual presentation standards, replenishing stock as needed.

What can you expect in this role?

As a Client Ambassador, you will be responsible for upholding the Hillberg & Berk culture and creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client’s expectations with the highest level of client service at all times. You will meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives to all customers.

As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team. You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising and you’ll provide support to ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times.

What do you need to apply?

You will shine in this role with a minimum of two years retail sales experience coupled with excellent communication and time management skills.
