Job summary

Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned jewelry company, is seeking a Client Ambassador for our Hamilton - Limeridge location to deliver outstanding client service and drive sales. You will uphold Hillberg & Berk culture, maintain visual presentation, meet monthly sales targets, and promote brand initiatives while sharing customer insights with management.

A minimum of two years retail sales experience, excellent communication and time management are required; wages start at 18.83/hour with incentives

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for upholding the Hillberg & Berk culture and creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client’s expectations with the highest level of client service at all times.
• Meet monthly sales targets while partnering with store management to effectively promote brand initiatives to all customers.
• As an effective communicator, you will share customer feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Retail Store Management Team.
• You’ll have a keen eye for merchandising and you’ll provide support to ensure the store maintains visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is replenished at all times.
