General Purpose of the Position

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team at Loro Piana. As a client advisor, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of the store by driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your passion for our luxury products, building client relationships, and curating elevated shopping experiences will contribute to the success of key business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals and ensure continuous growth in a team setting while upholding Loro Piana standards.


• Develop and incorporate comprehensive product knowledge to facilitate the sales process.


• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients and contribute to the overall success of the store.


• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support.


• Collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.


• Actively engage with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.


• Oversee maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.


• Collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.


• Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.

• Identify client experience, product knowledge, and storytelling opportunities on the floor and translated them into focused coaching priorities to elevate execution and consistency


• Partner with store leadership and training teams to reinforce storytelling standards, strengthen service delivery, and drive impactful on-the-floor learning moments


• Support a continuous coaching culture by contributing to feedback cycles, in-store training activations, and dedicating meaningful time to team development and knowledge sharinG


• Participate in Seasonal road show instore presentations in collaboration with Retail Excellence team as well as autonomously.

Skills And Abilities Required
