RBC is seeking a part-time Personal & Commercial Banking professional in Guelph, Ontario. The role focuses on advising clients, conducting everyday banking, and guiding them through digital tools.

You will work 30 hours per week in a branch setting, delivering strong customer service and growing sales through referrals and education. As an RBC ambassador, you’ll onboard clients, address inquiries, and collaborate with partners to maximize opportunities.

• Actively listen to understand clients' needs and resolve issues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize referrals.
• Refer complex opportunities to specialists when needed.
