Acera Insurance Services Ltd. in Victoria, BC is seeking a full-time Client Advisor, Auto Insurance to advise, explain, promote and sell insurance policies to ensure Acera clients are correctly insured. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping clients happy while protecting their livelihood.

This role is based in our Uptown office with potential work at the Royal Bay office, and involves providing auto and fleet coverages and assisting with claims.

Responsabilidades

• Provide auto and other types of insurance including commercial fleet.
• Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and payment methods.
• Provide information on varying policies, including risk coverages and features.
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims.
• Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers portals.
• Complete other duties as assigned by team leader.

Job Status

Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Victoria, BC

Pay Range: Acera’s total compensation offerings are based on pay for performance that recognizes exceptional individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $48,000 - $55,000 CAD annually; the pay offering is based on location and will vary depending on related education, insurance experience, proven knowledge, skills, and internal equity.

Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a full-timeClient Advisor, Auto Insurance to work in our Victoria, Uptown office and may occasionally work at the Royal Bay office. This role’s purpose is to advise, explain, promote and sell insurance policies to ensure Acera clients are correctly insured. You will use your expertise to:

• Provide auto and other types of insurance, including commercial fleet, to our clients
• Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
• Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
• Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
• Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
• Complete others duties and tasks as assigned by your team leader
