As a Client Administrator, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent service to clients by researching and resolving trade requests.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a high level of service by ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client needs.
  2. Investigate and resolve system issues, developing workarounds and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with the team to provide proactive solutions to problems and potential issues.
  4. Review and improve processes and procedures for enhanced service levels.
  5. Sort, scan, and index incoming mail.
  6. Work with the Assistant Manager to ensure team members are cross-trained and procedures are optimized.
  7. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
  8. Ensure quality control of team tasks.
Qualifications:
  1. Post-secondary education.
  2. Experience in customer service or back-office environment is an asset.
  3. Knowledge of industry databases (e.g., iFast, AWD) is an asset.
  4. Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work.
  7. Excellent time management skills.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  9. Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
