Job summary

RONA is seeking a replenishment team member to help manage inventory, identify popular products, and recommend improvements across our stores. You will support procurement and data-driven decisions to enhance product availability and customer experience.

You will collaborate with procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics teams to improve in-stock rates, support store needs, and implement effective replenishment strategies across the network.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field (an asset).
• 2 years' relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of databases.
• Analytical mindset and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of retail and/or distribution (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Help the supply team meet goals for in-stock products, service rate, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
• Identify top sellers and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Support stores by responding to all questions and problems regarding procurement.
• Ensure communication between stores and relevant departments.
• Recommend opportunities for improvement in order to meet objectives.
• Mobilize and involve other sectors and stores to meet objectives.
• Take charge of monitoring various improvement interventions.
• Efficiently meet store needs in order to quickly resolve issues.
• Work closely with the teams in charge of procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics to address discrepancies and backorders.
