Join Ontario Power Generation (OPG), a leading power producer in North America, committed to sustainable energy and innovation. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, results-driven professional for the role of Clerical Support Person.

Reporting to the Section Manager, this role involves performing skilled clerical and receptionist duties in an office within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform front desk receptionist and clerical duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, sorting mail, and verifying delivery documents.
  2. Use desktop software to manage schedules, take meeting minutes, upload documents, maintain spreadsheets, and track overdue documents.
  3. Process documents into OPG’s information management system, maintain inventory, and reorder supplies.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma with proficiency in keyboarding and English grammar.
  • Desirable: Certificate or diploma in Office or Executive Administration.
  • Computer competency testing will be required.
