OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to be the on-site main point of contact for clients and managers. You will lead a team of cleaners, coordinate operations, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will train new staff, maintain training records, and drive adherence to COSHH and health & safety regulations while keeping operations running smoothly, even during weekend and shift coverage.

Qualificações

• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Demonstrable people skills or experience coordinating a team.
• Experience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills.
• Understanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Health & Safety compliance on similar sites/environments.
• Experience in training and inducting colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, essential for client liaison and effective team coordination.
• Proactive and adaptable, able to respond to changing demands and priorities.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained in good condition.
• Address any operational issues or challenges that arise, finding effective solutions to maintain smooth operations.

Working Pattern

The role is Monday to Friday from 2.30pm to 11.30pm and one weekend per month from 8am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday

About The Role

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be the main point of contact for clients and managers on site. You will coordinate and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the training and induction of new staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
