Job summary

CW Impact Commercial Cleaning in Calgary is seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners across assigned sites. You will perform cleaning duties alongside your crew while managing schedules, quality control, and basic administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial/residential cleaning, strong leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable using scheduling apps and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial/residential cleaning (required).
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience (an asset).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask between hands-on cleaning and administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using basic computer/phone apps for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.
• Flexible availability, including evenings/weekends if required.

• Perform admin tasks as necessary.
