Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on commercial cleaning experience.
• Experience supervising or managing a team of cleaners.
• Own or operate a cleaning company and seek leadership role.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple locations and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning services at healthcare facilities, offices, and commercial properties across PEI.
• Recruit, hire, train and lead a team of cleaners across PEI.
• Schedule staff and ensure facilities are properly staffed.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks.
• Establish and maintain high cleaning standards and procedures.
• Manage supplies, equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with property managers, clients and facility representatives.
• Respond to client concerns professionally.
• Monitor employee performance and accountability.
• Improve cleaning processes to boost productivity.
