Job summary

CBRE GMP Commercial Cleaner position in Charlottetown, PEI requires performing cleaning and maintenance tasks across assigned areas and grounds. You will ensure shared spaces are sanitized and reporting safety hazards to the Facilities Manager while adhering to defined procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and up to two years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
• Examine property for safety hazards, and reports problems to Facilities Manager or other appropriate staff.
• Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of shared facilities and common spaces.
• Modify the scope of cleaning and maintenance based on the specified needs of the particular property.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
