Job summary

Limelight Concierge Services in Victoria, BC is seeking a reliable Cleaning Attendant for a full-time permanent role in a residential strata condominium environment. You will perform cleaning and light janitorial duties in common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and presentation for residents and staff.

Wage is $26.00 per hour with about 35 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, roughly 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• No specific formal education requirement.
• 1–2 years of related cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential strata buildings is an asset.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending and repetitive movements.
• Dependable, punctual with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash and maintain floors in common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs and other floor coverings.
• Dust furniture, fixtures and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures.
• Replenish washroom and cleaning supplies as required.
• Empty garbage and recycling and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use products safely.
