• At least 6 months of cleaning experience in a medical facility, office, or commercial building.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Job description

HealthOne is seeking a Facilities Assistant (Cleaner) to join our growing team!

This individual plays a vital role in ensuring our space remains safe and welcoming for all patients.

Schedule

• Tuesday to Friday: 5pm - 10pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

Responsibilities

• Follow the cleaning schedule to maintain a clean facility
• Thorough cleaning of washrooms, changing garbage bags
• Clean mirrors, windows, workstations, staff rooms, and offices
• Maintain soap, sanitizer dispensers, and paper supplies
• Assist with laundry: sort, wash, dry, fold linens
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 6 months of cleaning experience in a medical facility, office, or commercial building
• Reliable, self-motivated, with pride in your work
• Strong English skills
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, walk, and lift 20-50 lbs
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and pass a criminal background check
