Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain a welcoming, clean environment for tenants at Cornerstone at Callaghan Apartments in SW Edmonton, AB.

You will clean entrances and hallways, perform end-of-month cleaning tasks, and assist with inspections and exterior maintenance. The role requires travel between sites and offers competitive wages with strong benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various cleaning products.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building's exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

What you need to be successful:

• Knowledge of various cleaning products
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel between sites as required
