Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking workers for fish processing duties in Sambro, Nova Scotia. The role involves preparing fish and seafood for marketing, inspecting fillets and removing scrap parts using a knife, and preparing lobsters for canning as needed.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. The position is permanent, with options including early morning, morning, evening, and night shifts; 40 hours per week; onsite work with potential for overtime; health benefits

• Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans preparatory to canning or further processing.
